Real Estate: Includes property disputes, earth movement, drainage, real estate broker fee claims, and non-disclosure, partition and quiet title actions, breach of contract and commercial lease evictions and disputes. Representative clients include buyers and sellers of property, landlords, residential and commercial owners and real estate brokers.
Insurance Defense: Includes defending complex litigation including landlord/tenant disputes, personal injury claims, construction defect claims, business torts, boundary disputes, property disputes, landslide, subsidence and drainage disputes and torts.
Construction: Includes residential and commercial defect cases, HOA claims, SB800 claims, payment disputes including lien claims and stop notices. Clients include property owners and developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals.
Business: Encompasses partnership and corporate disputes, breach of commercial contract claims, misrepresentation claims, debt recovery and payment disputes. Representative clients include small to medium size businesses and individuals.
Gina has litigated cases for plaintiffs and defendants for nearly 30 years and has mediated cases for over 15 years. She has mediated in the areas of construction, real estate, business, contracts, torts, debt recovery and personal injury. She serves on the Contra Costa and Alameda County mediation panels. Gina also serves as a Pro Tem Judge and Discovery Facilitator in those counties. Her diverse background provides the foundation for a balanced perspective and an appreciation for the interests and motivations of all parties.

Gina is available for private mediation, arbitration, discovery facilitation and pre-litigation settlement counseling. She receives referrals from lawyers throughout the bay area and will conduct mediations in her office or elsewhere.
