Sally A. Keane is a Senior Associate with the firm who has been practicing both plaintiff and defense litigation for over 20 years in personal injury litigation matters including premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and neighbor disputes.
Ms. Keane worked six months as a legal intern for the Municipal Attorney’s office in Anchorage, Alaska, clerked for the late Hon. Michael Ballachey (Ret) in the law and motion department of the Alameda County Superior Court, and was a pro tem judge in small claims and traffic court for five years in Alameda County. Ms. Keane has also worked on the ABA high school mock trial program for over ten years in Alameda County. Sally completed the nine day trial practice program offered by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) in 2008. In law school, she competed in the ABA client counseling competition program at the local and regional level. Prior to law school, she worked for the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office as a legal assistant as part of the felony arraignment court staff after completing the legal assistant program at UCLA.
